Shipping policy

Free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States.

Processing time: 1-3 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery time: 5-8 business days after processing. During the holiday season (mid-November to December), carriers may add 1-3 extra days.

Tracking: you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship: currently the United States only. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Items in one order may ship in separate packages from different U.S. warehouses. If your tracking has not updated in 7 days, contact us and we will resolve it.

Holiday cutoff: to receive your gift before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 12.
