Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If you don't, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility: items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories included.

How to start a return: email us with your order number. We will reply within 24 hours with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Damaged or defective items: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you, including shipping.

Change of mind: the customer pays the return shipping cost.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect the return, we will refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Holiday gifts: orders placed between November 1 and December 24 can be returned until January 31.
